adding receivable to load causes errors and white screen

Describe the bug
load page now loads all white, JS errors prevent rendering

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
entered a receivable on a load, clicked save, and the JS blew up. now i get a white page trying to go to the shipment detail, and the console is full of JS errors
