After installing kernal 6.17.0-19.19-24.04.2 laptop stops in boot. (2nd boot issue)

Describe the bug
After installing kernal 6.17.0-19.19-24.04.2 laptop stops in boot. The laptop shows the first logo that spins and stops. That's it, nothing more. I had the same problem with the kernal before this.

1. Buy a LENOVO 21ST004HMH ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 LENOVO_MT_21ST_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad E16 Gen 3
2. Update kernal to latest 6.17
   Laptop stops in boot
