Hey everyone,
I am on a fresh Arch Linux install using 6.19.8-arch1-3-surface kernel, libwacom-surface 2.18.0-1, and iptsd 3.1.0-1
DE: KDE Plasma 6, Stylus: Metapen M2. Handwriting Software: Rnote and Xournal++
The issue: The stroke starts drawing too late and stops drwaing too late (delay). The pressure reading of the stylus doesn't seem to be affected, which results in extremely fine lines at the end of each stroke. The slow start of the stroke makes drawing dots and short strokes difficult. In addition to that, when being faster with drawing strokes, it gets a bit blocky, which looks like a pooling rate problem (too few samples). I've included a sample of what the issue looks like below.
Do you think this is a configuration problem or a deeper problem with iptsd?
Please don't hesitate to ask for more info/logs, thanks in advance!
