Looking to see if this API supports background downloads. It looks like all the downloads are happening in the foreground. Is there anyway to have the have the Foreground Service run in the background?
When you remove a task, does it also delete the downloaded file or segments? Also what happens when the user physically removes the file from the downloads folder? Can the API detect the removal and remove it as a completed download?
