Problem

I would like to use lingo.dev with a self-hosted model using an openAI-compatible endpoint. I implemented support in a PoC which works just fine, it would just need some more tests and polishing probably: main...thomasaull:lingo.dev:feature/add-open-ai-compatible-provider
