Add screenshots and some css to make it more appealing to browse the list

Currently this list is probably only relevant/interesting for the 20 something developers of such apps themselves. To make it appeal to users, add more sugar to it. A screenshot for a start, maybe a color (1-16, from a pallet of colors that work with the other colors used).

Hi, thanks for the idea, I am not good at making things beautiful though... As long as it doesn't make the webpage load significantly slower, please feel free to make a PR.

There is a major update coming to the website this summer... Also, I have been a single person with a full time job managing this repository... I find it hard to manage everything... I am looking for people that want to help maintain the repository, please let me know if you want. That would be a huge help!
