It looks like nothing actually changed in their git repo....Maybe we should try updating the version we use?

Hey! I'd like to look into this CI OOM issue. I see the suggested updating the version—I'll try to reproduce this in a fork with updated action versions and see if that stabilizes the build. Mind if I take a crack at it?
