No instructions for starting a Notebook

The documentation is great but leaves a user who is unfamiliar with Jupyter feeling a little lost:

"But... what do I do with this notebook thingy?"

Perhaps adding a link to documentation about how to start Jupyter and open a notebook would be helpful?

Hah! I can give something a shot but I'm honestly one of those people who are new to this whole "Notebook" thing. (Also haven't touched Python in quite a long time...)
