Include untracked with setqflist

Thanks for the plugin! I've recently moved over to lua and have replaced gitgutter with gitsigns and loving it so far

I wondered whether it would be possible to specify whether to call setqflist with an include_untracked or similar flag that would mean untracked, as well as modified, files are included with the "all" selector? This would fit my workflow really well

I'm also willing to have a go at getting a PR together myself - I haven't taken a look at the codebase yet!

Good idea. PR welcome. Can probably just include untracked based on the main config.
