The position of the Webview will change when switch tab

Describe the bug

The WPF gallery also has this issue.

To Reproduce

When I switch tabs and back, the webview reloads and automatically displays a 24px margin-top, then returns to normal after a while.

Hello @GaHoKwan,

This issue occurs due to the difference in rendering mechanisms between WPF and WebView. In your project (not Wpf.Ui.Gallery), you can work around it by deferring WebView loading until after the navigation page animation completes, and also avoid caching pages that contain WebView controls.
