Does not connects

I implemented as per your instruction but the client does not connects. I even cloned your repository and opened in v26 .net 10 and ran the server and wpf client example. Shows the same error. The client connects and immediately disconnects and shows connection failed (network error)

My tests were limited to using the official VNC service, not the one in this repo.
