Observed behavior

I'm seeing 'ConstantStrings.pre_post_test' in the 'Goal' drop-down:

This can be seeing as well in an the details of an exercise in the channel editor:

Expected behavior

The correct string value should be displayed instead.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at Hotfixes
2. Go to Channels > Channel editor > New exercise
3. Click the 'Goal' drop-down
