Observed behavior

Observed by @radinamatic: Regarding #5400 there are some other issues with focus management there (inconsistent outline style, interactive elements not being focusable):

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Hotfixes with an account with enabled search recommendations
2. Go to a channel and try to import resources from other channels
3. Open the side panel for a selected resource

Usage Details

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome, Firefox

I think this is one of the many a11y issues that should be resolved in the course of #5060

Happening in many many places in Studio, not just here.

@radinamatic @pcenov @marcellamaki From what I've seen so far, generally I think it would make sense to test Studio for a11y and log issues after we refactor it ^. That would be the easiest approach.

If you feel some issues are urgent and important, then of course please report and don't feel limited by my comment - it would be helpful to indicate whether it's a regression from the latest release or if it was present before though.

I tested how hotfixes will look like after we merge #5467 + #5483, and confirm that the following buttons and links should then have the correct focus outline:

The aforementioned PRs do not resolve other problems mentioned in this issue.
