Hello, I have a Honewell HZ311 zone controller which includes a Discharge Air Temp Sensor that measures the air temp between the zone dampers and the heating/cooling exchanger/coil. It is a safety feature to prevent the furnace from running with temps over 160F or under 40F if the zone dampers fail closed, or if a zone is sized too small to handle the air volume delivered.
I didn't spot such a sensor in your schematics or in the gui display? Is that something you have considered adding?
