[Docs] Resources dropdown should open in one click on all pages

Current Behavior

After navigating to the Cloud or Kanvas page, the Resources button in the navbar requires two clicks to open the dropdown menu.
On the Home page, it works correctly with a single click.

Expected Behavior

The Resources dropdown should open with a single click on all pages for consistent behavior.
