rainloop 1.6.9 branch is no longer valid

It appears the rainloop repo now only has a master branch causing the Dockerfile to fail.

I'm just using jprjr/rainloop's image.

Worse, it appears they don't even have release tarballs, so I have no idea what they were thinking when they removed all version information from their repository :/

Seems that the only way to fix it is to just pin a specific commit hash.

I've opened an issue on their tracker, but didn't receive a reply yet.

I've pinned a commit hash, so at least it should be possible to build again. I haven't used webmail for some time, so I'd be grateful if someone could test if everything is working or not.
