K8s 1.30.x not available

Describe the bug
From the desktop, we should be able to add the k8 1.30 schema

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open desktop
2. Click on Connect to Cluster
3. On the top right, the only drop downs are 1.27.4 to 1.28.4

Expected behavior
With the release of 1.32 in December, I expect to have the latest K8 schema available for review
