Thank you for your interest in contributing.
However, I'm the creator of this issue and am already assigned to it.
Additionally, I am already working on this issue.

If you're interested in helping with localization, there are so many untranslated documents remaining in Japanese, Hindi, and other languages.
I'd encourage you to open a new issue for any untranslated content you'd like to work on and submit a PR for that.

We do have a "no cookie licking" policy in SIG Docs @aniketpati1121 so you are welcome to open a PR. Even so, it is polite to check in with @kfess exactly as you have done.

What our policy means is that we won't reject a PR just because it's for an issue that someone else has started to work on. Whichever PR is reviewed and accepted first is the one we would merge.

Our policy on "cookie licking" doesn't mean that lots of people should all work on the same issue, though.
