What would you like to be added:
Add integration tests for EPP standalone mode.
We need to have the same test cases of EPP InferencePool mode, just for the standalone mode, the infra set up will be different as EPP standalone mode no longer needs gateway, inferencepool and inferenceobjective.
Why is this needed:
To avoid regression failure of workable EPP standalone mode
