Can the ParseAPISpec function support setting spec content?

Cluster-Capcacity is very useful, and the ParseAPISpec function currently supports remote and local spec files, but I want to use cluster-capacity to provide http openapi, the caller can submit spec content and execute capcacity verification, so can the ParseAPISpec function support setting spec content?
