- Fixed an error that could occur when reloading the UI due to background item loading
- Fixed an error that could occur on merchants containing currency items when the Collectable column is shown
- Fixed missing quality colors for currency items
- Fixed profession recipes showing as unavailable when they are known

- Fixed unavailable profession recipes showing as restricted if they craft an item that requires a known profession to use
- Fixed an error caused by broken decor items -- these items will not show as collectable because they can't be looked up in the catalog
- Refactored item type detection for collected status since Blizzard frequently puts items in the wrong categories
- Fixed collected status for transmog appearances in Midnight
- Fixed collected status for profession recipes in Midnight
- Added support for collected status of Decor items
- Changed appearances to show as collected if the appearance has been obtained from another item (fixes #12)
