Add Marketplace version, installs, and rating badges, put the listing first in the quick start, and document installing from the Marketplace alongside the VSIX route. The Marketplace renders the README bundled in the VSIX rather than the file on main, so the corrected text only reaches the listing with a new version: release this as 0.2.3. MARKETPLACE_SUBMISSION.md records the item URL, the passed verification, and that the Marketplace kept only the Formatters category out of the two declared.
