LSP Flycheck issues are not rendered by flyover

Maybe this is more an issue with my flycheck / lsp config than anything else. Flyover doesn't pick up issues coming from lsp (checker is lsp and level is lsp-flycheck).

Only the issue with level error gets rendered by flyover, all the other do not. Let me know if you need more info or if there's anything I can do to help. Thank you!

Now I just had an instance where I got a overlay for an lsp-flycheck issue 🤔 Maybe it's a race condition somewhere?

I got a similar situation where I only see the error with the Flyover overlay upon opening the buffer for the first time. Once I edit the buffer, the error will not appear as overlay -- but I can see a debug message saying it is handling the overlay successfully.

Same issue but this time with Flymake. Works fine in Elisp, but not in Rust via rust-analyzer. Real shame.

I think this is because of the level mapping. I will look into it in a few weeks because I am on vacation right now. If someone want to make a PR I would definitely start with level filtering/mapping.

Just to report I'm facing the same issue using rust-analyzer + flymake.

Could you try the latest version in repo and see if that fixes your error.

My issue of only being captured upon opening the buffer has been resolved. I do see some random errors not being picked up but it could well be due to my configuration, I'll revert when I find more about it.

I need to investigate a bit more on my side too. Sometimes I need to toggle flyover-mode to see them correctly. But one of the bugs that I had earlier that flyover-overlays stays after you fixed an issue (like closing parentesis, is gone now)
