Upgrate k8s.io/* dependencies

ko v0.18.0's dependency on k8s.io/* v0.33.4 makes it incompatible with other tools that rely on v0.34.0 due to the gnostic/gnostic-models split. As a result I am unable to upgrade my dependencies as ko relies on v0.33.4 and other dependencies rely on v0.34.0+ .
