[Release] Wikivoyage by Kiwix (Linux/Windows/macOS) 3.8.2

Wikivoyage by Kiwix is now at version 3.8.2. The packages contain the December 2025 Wikivoyage English ZIM (wikivoyage_en_all_maxi_2025-12.zim), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG.

There are Electron-based packages for Linux (including ARM64), Windows 7/8/10/11, and experimental (unsigned) packages for macOS (from Mojave/High Sierra to Apple Silicon). There is also a UWP app for Windows 10/11, including Xbox and older Win10(M) devices. The Linux packages have been tested on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and OpenSUSE (32bit and 64bit). The macOS packages require a simple procedure (detailed on GitHub Releases) to remove Apple Quarantine to run the app.
