Let doco-cd manage git provider?

Is there a way to let doco-cd manage the git provider (forgejo) that it gets webhooks from? Komodo was able to do it as there was a way to manually start the container from there but I haven't found a way yet to start forgejo, so that it can be managed by doco-cd, as it needs the running forgejo instance to get it's tasks from.
It should be able to manage it after the first startup as it gets the webhook, and then redeploys the container, right?

Manual deployments are not supported right now but. Currently doco-cd can only be used with an existing SCM but this might be a useful additional feature. You can open a feature request for this. I will take a look when I have time.
