Long pressing movable floating button not possible

What happened that you did not expect?

Long pressing a floating button that is not locked in position does not activate the key map.
I reproduced this issue that was described to me in discord

yeah, this is a known issue because a long press is how you move the button around.

Idk how one could be smart about this without adding some sort of timeout. I don't think there is any way to use the "long press delay" to solve this problem? Or I guess only start dragging the button if they move their finger far enough above some threshold? But then other users may find this weird and janky
