Rename project to kbind

Following kube-bind sandbox application, we have decided to change the name as well to conform with CNCF guidelines.
New name will be kbind, this issue will track changing the repo names, related api fields and the documentation.

hey @berendt, we have moved to the https://kbind.dev, as we are still transferring the domains, we will setup the redirects as well
