Android instalation problems

I'm stuck at the beginning. I've found this issue , but it doesn't help me at all.

To install the app, check out the first testing release here. It will have all the required files.
I don't see the required files.

I don't understand where I should do it. I don't see the following path on my Samsung S25 Ultra

Create folder structure like this
/data/local/tmp/overlay:
upper work
/data/local/tmp/overlay/upper:
libbluetooth_jni.so

Im on a S24 U and i know damn well the 24u cant be rooted. Not sure how i get the menus/ui to show up. Not sure if im doing something wrong

Nothing will show up if the app is unable to connect, @AshCatFox.
