Problem with installing the courses #3422
Description
I'm currently on Windows 11 and am having trouble installing the courses using the following command: yarn web run installAllExternalCourses
At the moment, I'm able to start the app locally but unable to view any of the course content, luckily due to the courses not being installed yet.
Could the command to install the courses be different on Windows?
