set log level

I've tried variations of the log flag and cannot seem to work. There also does not seem to be an error when an invalid input is passed to it.

tomodachi run main.py -l WARNING
tomodachi run main.py -l WARN
tomodachi run main.py -l qq

Can you add some examples of the syntax to the documentation?

I am also working out of Asia at the moment, and running tomdachi becomes incredibility slow, how come?
