[BUG] Opening small images with default set to 100% size renders them much too small

Describe the bug
Image is so small it's invisible.

To Reproduce
Open a small image (avatar/emoticon size, I'll attach an example image) in default fullscreen mode with "100% (actual size)" chosen as default image zoom.

Expected behavior
Image renders at actual size rather than even smaller than that such that it's invisible until zoomed in.

Environment Information (CRITICAL)
Windows 10 x64

Nvidia 4070 TI 32 gigs of ram 1080p screen with freesync enabled (120fps) Auto scale in app, 100% UI scale in windows

Maybe it has to do with Pixel Art Mode (which I just noticed exists)

If I can add to this - Pixel Art Mode seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes it works (nearest neighbour scaling is used on zooming in), sometimes the art is blurred when zoomed in.

For example, if I have a bunch of these small sprites in a folder, the first one I open by double clicking it and opening with quickviewer will have correct zoom nearest neighbour scaling (although start as invisible). If I cycle through images after that, all others will be blurry when zooming in. Even though I can see "Pixel Art Mode" is enabled. When I turn off "Pixel Art Mode" and then turn it on again, rendering is fixed for these pixel art sprites.
