show tools that mcp servers surface

### What feature would you like to see?

Hi, so in codex when i do /mcp I can see which tools each mcp server surfaces and thus I also see what MCP server is failing or which tools are broken. I didnt find any feature like that in code. Am i missing something or is that currently not implemented?
