Motivation
For the reconciliation process or spinning the Monitoring while many segments already exist, it would be useful is the Mission Control would also expose a "set many" function.
To implement in:
- Create Monitoring
- Reconcile out of sync
Not backwards compatible - i.e. still needs existing code as fallback.
