Update Juju API to 3.6.5

Juju 3.6.5 introduced a couple new facades, this library doesn't know about these and logs these (warnings? info?):

Hello. I want to contribute to this one.

These are unsupported, and, therefore, should be added to known_unsupported_facades or are supported, and should be added to client_facade_versions alongside the supported versions?

You can, however this library is in maintenance mode now.
