[Miniflux] Force Refresh on interaction

Hi @jocmp thanks for fast reply. I totally see your point and I also think it's confusing to have 2 refresh icons.

The other option could be, that if you don't use scheduled sync, that you could set an option in the setting when syncing to automatically call server refresh as well. I know, that delays data, but on next refresh you get the new posts. Not sure if that's a better idea?
