Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user that often leverages artifactory in a proxied company or air-gapped environment, having the documentation for all tools in a self-hostable fashion is ideal

Describe the solution you'd like to see
Either package the built docs (HTML+js+css that dont have external references hardcoded) or an easy-to-generate framework, like mkdocs, that can be used to generate the docs from the repository
