mpv doesn't work for preview-tui

I'm using nnn with tmux (sixel enabled) and terminator. I have mpv installed, but previews aren't being generated for video files. I have the exact same setup on termux with tmux and nnn, where mpv previews just fine.

Using fish as the default shell and I've compiled nnn from source for some patches.

In my config.fish I have:

set -x NNN_FIFO '/tmp/nnn.fifo'
set -x NNN_PLUG 'p:preview-tui;h:fzhist;x:togglex;c:fzcd;'
set -x NNN_PREVIEWIMGPROG viu
set -x NNN_PREVIEWVIDEO mpv

Also tried with the -Ux and -gx switches with no luck.

Versions:

nnn 5.1
fish 3.7.0
tmux 3.4

Hey, I was having the same issue with wezterm. I changed line 157 of $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/nnn/plugins/preview-tui from
exists mpv && ENVVARS+=("NNN_PREVIEWVIDEO=kitty")
to
exists mpv && ENVVARS+=("NNN_PREVIEWVIDEO=sixel")
and now it works fine. Note that line 157 is specifically for dealing with wezterm - I'm just adding this so you or others with the same issue might get an idea of how to fix it.

Thanks for the answer, I tried changing it to sixel but since I'm using terminator I think it doesn't work.
