Hi, unfortunately, this library doesn't seem to be up-to-date. There is a Gappa/WebLoader library but it does not solve the problem permanently and cannot be comfortably used.
So I created an updated fork that can be comfortably installed using a composer.

I'm not really sure, since this is what I've been using exclusively the whole time. :)
Some things were added, that should not make much of a difference.

The only thing I can think of right now is one pull request that changed automatic addition of cache busting get parameter - that has to be turned on when creating the component.
