The sega saturn was a 32 bit console released by sega in 1994 (JP) / 1995 (US) (EU).
The hardware is composed of :
- 2 Hitachi SH-2 at 28.6 Mhz (in a Master - Slave configuration)
- 2 MB Ram (1.5Mb + 512Kb) (expandable via Ram cartridge)
- 1.5Mb of Video Ram
- 512Kb Audio Ram
- Graphics :
- VDP1 for foreground
- VDP2 for background
- Sound Chip : Yamaha YMF292
