Context

Hana's wireframe specifies an About page with clear sections:

1. Objectives (with Technical Perspective subsection)
2. Team (with PIs subsection)
3. Photo Gallery placeholder
4. Background/History

Current state

• about.qmd — project goals and description
• people.qmd — team members

Work needed

• Merge into single About page with wireframe structure
• Add collapsible sections (Quarto accordion)
• Add photo gallery (John has sample images in assets/)
• Write Background/History section
• Ensure Technical Perspective subsection under Objectives
