Effortless Building radial menu keybind works on keyboard but not through controller binding

Describe the problem
The Effortless Building radial/build-mode menu works correctly from the keyboard, for example by holding Alt or another keyboard-bound key. However, when I bind the same Effortless Building radial menu keybind to a physical controller button through Controlify, pressing or holding that controller button does nothing.

This happens even though the Effortless Building radial menu appears as a bindable keybind in Minecraft/Controlify.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Controlify and Effortless Building.
2. Open Minecraft with a controller connected.
3. Go to Controls / Controlify controller bindings.
4. Find the Effortless Building radial/build-mode menu keybind.
5. Bind it to a physical controller button.
6. Enter a world.
7. Press or hold the bound controller button.
8. Nothing happens.
9. Bind the same Effortless Building action to a keyboard key, or use the default Alt key.
10. Hold the keyboard key.
11. The Effortless Building radial menu opens correctly.

Expected behavior
The controller-bound keybind should open the Effortless Building radial/build-mode menu in the same way as the keyboard-bound key.
