Deleting a single client-side class or routine no longer deletes it on the server

Found while testing the two open PRs. objectscript.syncLocalChanges was set to all.

Could you share more details or clarify what I might be missing? I’m able to reproduce the issue with the following steps:

1. Pull the latest version of vscode-objectscript.
2. In VS Code, go to Run and Debug → Launch Extension.
3. Confirm that objectscript.syncLocalChanges is all
4. Open a folder containing a simple class (see below).
5. Load the class and confirm the class method is available by calling it from the IRIS terminal.
6. Delete the class file locally.
7. Confirm that the class method is no longer available in the IRIS terminal.
