Make JsonAdvSQL the default Interactions Strategy

In Module.xml (https://github.com/intersystems-community/iris-fhir-template/blob/0336e2aec8e34127188b073ac91cc3428489c1d1/module.xml#L14C1-L15C1) change the value of the default Interactions Strategy to JsonAdvSQL (instead of the current Json).
I believe this should be the default for new repositories.

@evshvarov, I avoided making JsonAdvSql defaulted until we have resolved IF-8297 internally. Some systems may experience slow server creation and can choose their strategy with the zpm "install fhir-server -D InteractionsStrategy=JsonAdvSql".

I was not aware of the seriousness of this, just saw Amir's last comment in the JIRA.

Note, the usage of this "template" app that I was focusing on was the docker-oriented one, not the zpm one. Hence I suggested this change, as with a simple Docker compose up you don't have control over this parameter and would need to edit the Module.xml file manually ahead of time (and ensure a build).

So @evshvarov I suggest you also take a look at the JIRA and decide if you want to indeed stick with the older Json strategy until this is fixed.

@ecotterr thanks for the feedback! I can revert the default.
In fact, I've already experienced this slowness during test building - it takes at least a few minutes more on a Docker build phase on my machine.

@tanifgit - all fair. Actually as soon as this is a template, the most expected usage is to build your own repo out of this boilerplate, so developers can tweak their own repo and consider AdvJsonSql as a default.
