Similar investigation button fix

In case there are no available similar investigations, no number would be shown in the GUI. We should show 0.

Hello! Could you assign this issue to me? As a solution we need 2 changes . First of all turning export function JobInfoCard({ job, relatedInvestigationNumber }) into export function JobInfoCard({ job, relatedInvestigationNumber = 0 }), and later a small change in PropTypes. JobInfoCard.propTypes = {
job: PropTypes.object.isRequired,
relatedInvestigationNumber: PropTypes.number,
}; This way if upstream gives us 0 or none , a 0 will be shown on the similar investigations button!
