feat: add dynamic war stories to wwsd lenses

Each of the 16 lenses now has a seed war story (work-related anecdote)
and the output template includes a WAR STORY section that dynamically
selects the most relevant anecdote from the person's career based on
the specific topic being reviewed. Seed stories set the tone; the model
picks the best-fit anecdote at runtime.
