Promote some templates into script plugins

The script templates consists of a mix of starter scripts broken down by language (i.e. the "hello world" and "greetings" scripts) and more sophisticated ones like the deconvolution ones (see image below):

Arguably these more advanced scripts are less templates and more like plugins which we could easily do in Fiji.

The RLTV deconvolution script is an easy candidate for a SciJava Ops based script plugin. It works really well and I want make more plugins like this. For example doing CCA (4 vs 8 structuring element), label image filtering, SACA, etc... It makes sense to me, right now, to group these under SciJava Ops in the plugin menu. See the example image blow:

Do you guys like that name? Can we make promote, or whatever parent folder name for the script we like, to the top of the list like Macros, Utilities`, etc... The current position is too low.

Given the current landscape, I think it's fine. It has always frustrated me that all of the submenus are named after toolkits, because it doesn't tell the uninformed user where to go to look for e.g. "deconvolution". But I don't know how to fix that...

Can you elaborate on what you mean by this? Like you want SciJava Ops to appear next to Macros?

Yeah I just mean moving the SciJava Ops folder to the top of the Plugins menu like the Macros and Utilities.

Gotcha. I'd think that it would be a bit presumptuous to move SciJava Ops that far up - those submenus at the top are a bit more meta than a SciJava Ops submenu would be?
