hydroserver-podman

Hi,
I had some problems to use the "docker" setup and I want to use "podman". The "hydroserver-local-template.yml" does not run without custom manipulation and configuration.
Therefore I decided to solve the problems in a new repository :

new features:

• python environment caching volume
• Debugger for django
• dockerized setup and services
• optimized namespacing and development commands

I hope this helps to run the entire stack with a single command with PODMAN COMPOSE.

I also found this to be useful. I unfortunately was having some issues with the templating so it would be awesome if there were a way to spin up hydroserver in one command for the sake of easy dev locally when people cannot provision cloud resources.

I would be interested in bringing this logic into the main repo if deemed appropriate
