Since iOS 26, the iOS Companion App no longer exposes Apple Focus Modes. They are no longer visible as entities in Home Assistant.
I also noticed that the Companion App no longer requests permission to access Focus Modes in the iPhone settings.
My partner’s iPhone 15 running iOS 18 still has this feature available.
I couldn’t find any explanation for this removal.
I also tried using an alternative based on Apple Shortcuts / automations, but the Sleep Focus Mode does not trigger correctly when it is disabled. It seems to behave differently from other Focus Modes. Additionally, it is not possible to recreate a custom Focus Mode with behavior similar to Sleep (sleep tracking, screen off during the night, etc.).
Thanks in advance.
