Bad github URL for libcoap in the install script

The link to libCOAP in install-coap-client.sh is github.com/home-assistant/libcoap.git, however this gives a 404 error.

I guess it should be updated to the link given in the README: github.com/obgm/libcoap

@MartinHjelmare or @frenck, has the Home Assistant organisation removed the libcoap library? I can't remember why it was setup under the Home Assistant umbrella in the first place.

We indeed removed it; as no usage/references was found (until now 😬). I don't remember either; most likely it was to unblock a Python or compiler version or something similar at the time.

Looking at the blame history:

It seems to be around dtls, so it sounds something compile time to me.
